In Need of Cooking Lessons
Well it s true. I can follow directions but to whip something up and have it taste like a 5 star dish is what I am looking for. SOme of the recipes that I find online have been very helpful especially when I want to make a nice home cooked meal, but to prepare a dish from scratch on my own is just impossible.
